When should you visit Bucharest?
Bucharest is at its best in the shoulder seasons, when warm days, outdoor cafés and cultural events come together without the full intensity of summer. September is the strongest overall month, while May and October are excellent alternatives depending on whether you prioritise spring energy or better value.

- July and August are Bucharest’s hottest months, with average daytime highs around 31°C. Very hot days can occur, so schedule longer outdoor walks for the morning or evening and keep the middle of the day flexible.
